Coral Cove Inn collects only the contact, stay, and preference information needed to respond to an inquiry, manage a reservation, provide guest service, and—when separately permitted—send occasional offers.

What we collect

Booking requests may include your name, email, telephone number, country, dates, party size, room choice, extras, and special requests. The website may also record basic security and performance information such as IP address and browser type.

How it is used

Information is used for availability checks, reservation communication, hotel operations, fraud prevention, service improvement, and legal obligations. We do not sell guest information.

Retention and choices

Reservation records are retained only as needed for operations, accounting, and legal requirements. You may ask to access, correct, or delete eligible personal information, or withdraw marketing consent, by emailing booking@coralcoveinnbelize.com.

Payments and third parties

This booking request form does not collect card details. Email and hosting providers process limited information on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms.
